Warring with her plunge into humanity, Victoria oscillates between anger, fear, guilt, and an aching helplessness that threatens to consume her. Safeguarding Victoria’s home and expelling an onslaught of paranormal activity takes priority, closely followed by a mad dash through tomes and grimoires to hatch a fool hardy plan in hopes of defeating the villainous necromancer flush with ill-begotten power. Mordecai, the once dwarf king, may be a secret weapon, and Link, the demonic crimson underfae, is hiding an ace up her sleeve. Add a desperate magical message to the Light Court, and the rag-tag, found family might stand a snow’s chance in hell of victory. 

Only a crazy person would go into a magical showdown with a liter of lemonade. Only an insane creature would fight a necromancer with paralyzing pixie dust. Only a mad hatter would arm themselves with a jar of grave dirt against a horde of zombies. 

But under the light of a lunatic moon, even insanity seems sane.
